Project 419 - Mairangi Bay

The early 90’s two-level Mairangi Bay apartment was ready for a rejuvenating update, and we were thrilled to take on the challenge! With its high ceilings, beautiful skylights, and abundant natural light (plus a unique curved wall), the bathrooms provided a fantastic foundation to transform these wet rooms. Through careful spatial planning, we reimagined the layouts and modernised each room, selecting products, materials, and finishes that offered a pared-back yet chic aesthetic. By carefully managing the budget, we were able to invest in standout products for key focal points while simplifying elements that didn’t require extravagant details.
